George's Testimony from Kevin Younger v. State of Maryland, et al., Circuit Court for Baltimore City, Case No. 24-C-17-004752-OT where he was retained as the Expert Witness for the Defendant was utilized in a petition for writ of certiorari to the Supreme Court.

 

 

George served on the Maryland Governor's Task Force on Prison Reentry.

George was deposed in Cody et al., v. City of Saint Louis, United States District Court, Eastern District of Missouri Eastern Division, Case No., 4-17-cv-2710-AGF. He was retained as an Expert Witness by the City of St. Louis.

In July of 2021, George retired from public service after more than 20 years with the Carroll County Detention Center in Maryland. 

Local newspaper, The Baltimore Sun, published an article about all he accomplished as Warden. 

When faced with overcrowding in the Carroll County Detention Center, George was able to identify an interim solution.
